Learn to Fly
Wayman Aviation offers a variety of options for those stretching their wings for the first time as well as those continuing their flight training. Whether you are interested in obtaining a pilot’s certificate in order to begin a career or for recreation, private pilot training is the place to start. With a Private Pilot’s certificate you can rent any single engine aircraft and fly yourself on vacation or for practice in order to further your flying skill.
Students continuing aviation as a career and private pilots looking to take more advantage of their skill should complete an instrument course. This training will allow for night time flying and better control over your aircraft as well as further knowledge of airspace. If you are interested in flying faster and higher Multi-Engine training will open another class of aircraft for use, such as our Piper PA-44 Seminole.
Those interested in flying commercially must apply for commercial certification. This rating will lift restrictions that private pilot’s have against receiving compensation for flying. This is when a savvy pilot can begin getting paid for spending time in the sky. Your next step can be training to become a Certified Flight Instructor or you can go straight to ATP, Airline Transport Pilot. The sky is not always the limit.
