Student Life
Students of Wayman Aviation come from around the world and from all walks of life. From sixteen year old summer students to pinstriped weekend warriors and retired but not resting seniors flying is an experience anyone can enjoy. Our staff can accomodate students in English, Spanish, Hebrew, and Portuguese.
Students continuing aviation as a career and private pilots looking to take more advantage of their skill should complete an instrument course. This training will allow for nighttime flying and better control over your aircraft as well as further knowledge of airspace. If you are interested in flying faster and higher Multi-Engine training will open another class of aircraft for use, such as our Piper PA-44 Seminole.
Those interested in flying commercially must apply for commercial certification. This rating will lift restrictions that private pilot’s have against receiving compensation for flying. This is when a savvy pilot can begin getting paid for spending time in the sky. Your next step can be training to become a Flight Instructor or you can go straight to ATP, Airline Transport Pilot. The sky is not always the limit.
